Ambience: O’Naturals is a “green” restaurant concept launched over ten years ago by Gary Hirshberg, the founder and CEO of Stonyfield Farm (you’ve probably seen their yogurt) who was tired of his family being “hostages to junk food when out on the road,” according to the café’s menu.
