Pizza Fusion, which serves foods with ingredients certified as organic, has opened its second California franchise restaurant in Temecula. A news release said the restaurant at 40695 Winchester Road, in the Trader Joe's shopping center, is owned by Temecula residents Nima and Carrie Noorzad.
